ADMISSION AND VALIDITY

• Valid for admission for one person, per day, per Pass.
• Expires the last operating day of 2027.
• Not valid on buyout or private event dates when the park is closed to the general public.
• Season Pass is non-refundable

USAGE AND RESTRICTIONS

• Not valid for food, beverage, alcohol, merchandise, arcade games, or midway games unless additional value is added to the card.
• Card may be used as an in-location stored value card.
• Cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, birthday package, group package, or discount.
• Passes cannot be sold, bartered, or transferred to another person.
• Cards and wristbands are non-transferable and may not be shared.

IDENTIFICATION AND COMPLIANCE

• Must provide valid ID to match the name on the front of the Season Pass at time of processing.
• Passholders must adhere to all park rules and regulations.
• Failure to comply with park rules may result in Season Pass being revoked without refund.
• Indiana Beach reserves the right to revoke a Season Pass if abused.

BENEFITS AND COMMUNICATION

• Some benefits issued with Season Pass purchase may expire on various dates throughout the year.
• A valid email address and active e-news subscription are required to receive entitlements for monthly food and game offers.

LOST OR REPLACEMENT PASSES

• First lost pass will result in a 10 dollar reissue fee.
• Second lost pass will result in a 30 dollar replacement fee.
• Additional losses will require the purchase of a new Season Pass Card at the current price.

STORED VALUE POLICY

• Stored value will be removed if no credits or debits occur for 18 months from last use.
• Stored value on a Season Pass Card may be used or transferred to a new Season Pass or standard Play Card if not renewing.
