COVID-19 NOTICE

It is important that all individuals utilizing pools and park facilities acknowledge that COVID-19 may be present.  All guests must take personal precautions in preventing the contraction and/or spread of the virus.  Social distancing, wearing face masks, and washing of hands before and after playing on park equipment or utilizing park facilities are strongly recommended and are necessary in helping to contain and defeat this virus.

For the safety of all our guests and team members, we have increased all health and safety measures at Indiana Beach Amusement & Water Park. You must follow all posted instructions and instructions given by our team members while visiting.

The CDC advises that older adults and people of any age who have serious underlying medical conditions might be at higher risk for severe illness from COVID-19. There is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 while in any public place where people are present. By visiting Indiana Beach Amusement & Water Park, you acknowledge that COVID-19 may be present, and you are voluntarily assuming all risks related to exposure to COVID-19

Additional Resource and Information on preventing the spread of COVID-19  is available at the Center for Disease Control’s Coronavirus Webpage: www.cdc.gov/covid19

It's almost time for summer fun

Indiana Beach will begin a phased reopening starting with the VIP event on 6/26 and then open to the public starting on 6/27.  Operating hours for our 1st week can be found here.

We are implementing a number of new safety measures to ensure the safety of all of our guests and staff.

MAINTAIN A SAFE & HEALTHY ENVIRONMENT

Indiana Beach developed reopening plans working with our industry partners including the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA), the World Waterpark Association (WWA), and our aquatic safety consultants StarGuard Elite (SGE), along with the state of Indiana and CDC guidelines.

According to the CDC, there is no evidence that COVID-19 can be spread to people in properly chlorinated and maintained pools and water play areas. Sunlight, heat, and humidity are considered a deterrent to the virus. According to CDC guidelines, outdoor areas generally require normal, routine cleaning but not disinfection. This CDC data indicates that transmission of the COVID virus at an amusement or water park is likely to occur at a much lower rate than indoor locations, if at all.
