Participant Waiver and Release

By registering for and participating in the America 250 Boat Parade at Indiana Beach, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. I understand that participation in this event is voluntary.
2. I am solely responsible for the operation, safety, and seaworthiness of my vessel.
3. I accept full responsibility for all passengers aboard my vessel.
4. I agree to comply with all applicable boating laws, navigation rules, and directions provided by event organizers.
5. I understand that Indiana Beach, event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and affiliated organizations are not responsible for injury, property damage, accidents, theft, or loss that may occur before, during, or after the event.
6. I assume all risks associated with participation.
7. I authorize Indiana Beach to use photographs and video taken during the event for promotional purposes.

By checking the acknowledgment box during registration, I certify that I have read and agree to these terms.
