Indiana Beach is a vacation destination, a paradise in your own backyard. With a variety of accommodation options, it's the perfect getaway no matter what your desires or budget. All guests staying at Indiana Beach accommodations receive free gate admission to the Boardwalk Funway and free access to the Ideal Beach Water Park! Let's take a closer look:

|Do we offer stroller and wheel chair rental, if so how much?|
|Yes, Single Strollers are $6.00/day, Doubles are $8.00/day, Wheel Chairs are $12.00/day, and Electric Wheel Chairs are $30/day.|
|What is ADA Accessible?|
|Most of our Rides, Shows, and Attractions are ADA accessible. Please visit our Rides page for a list of our rides we offer that are ADA accessible.|

|Are we allowed to bring food or drink inside the Amusement Park?|
|No outside food or drink is allowed into the park.|

|What are the directions to Indiana Beach?|

|What are the Shafer Queen cruise times?|
|The Shafer Queen is a large double decker paddlewheel driven excursion vessel taking two 75-minute trips daily to showcase upper Lake Shafer and 30-minute trips to lower Lake Shafer at frequent intervals. Check the Boardwalk Dock for exact times.|
|Do you offer boat rentals?|
|We do not offer boat rentals; however, Lake Shafer Boat Rentals is located very close to Indiana Beach. You may reach Lake Shafer Boat Rentals at 574-583-5238|
|What happens if it rains?|
|Due to the wide variety of activities, Indiana Beach does not offer rain checks or refunds.|
|Are pets allowed?|
|Our RV Resorts are pet friendly. Pets are not allowed in the amusement park, Hotel, Motel or cottages with the exception of service animals.|
|What is your Waterpark dress code?|

|What forms of payment are accepted?|
|We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Traveler's Checks. Traveler's Checks are only accepted at the ticket/ admission booths.|
|Is there an ATM available?|
|No, but you can visit our Cool Cash Card kiosks to load funds onto a Cool Cash Card. The Cool Cash Cards work just the same as cash and are accepted anywhere in the park for food, games, merchandise and rides. Cool Cash Cards work great with family memebers who want to visit different areas of the park at the same time and offers convenience so you can enjoy your day at Indiana Beach. Don't worry- if you lose your card, just make sure you have your receipt and we can track the purchases and balance and issue a new card! You can also load funds to a Cool Cash Card at Guest Relations or any ticket/ admission booth!|
|What is the refund policy?|
|We do not offer refunds.|
|Is there an admission fee?|
Yes, Indiana Beach has a $3.50 general admission fee. While we would love to offer free admission, as we have in years past, this created a safety problem for the beach and for our guests with unwarranted traffic. However, we are aware that many of our guests do not constitute this problem and for that we can accommodate:
|Do I have to pay to park?|
No, we have FREE parking in our main North and South lots.
Parking is FREE for guests eating at our Skyroom Resteraunt.
Parking for the VIP lots cost $7 and $10.
|Where can I purchase a seasons pass?|
Season passes are available online (please click here) or from guest relations on-site at the park.

|I already bought a season pass, then a promotion was run. Can I get a refund?|
Unfortunately, we do not give out any refunds for missed promotions. All special promotions are timely and expire at the times and dates determined by management. Once a promotion has expired, that price offered is no longer valid.
|What should I wear to the Adventure Point park?|
All of the attractions in Adventure Point location will require shoes that secure around the ankle are do not fall off easily. Appropriate options include: tennis shoes, hiking shoes, or water shoes or water socks. If you have any questions about footwear, please see our staff in Adventure Point for clarification. Remember, this is for your safety and the safety of others!
|Are there any minimum height requirements within Adventure Point?|
The minimum height requirement for the Ropes Course and the Rock Climbing Wall is 42".
