Season Pass Processing Has Now Begun!

Indiana Beach will process Season Passes from 4pm to 8pm Eastern Daylight Savings time when the park is not open, or anytime during regular park hours when the park is operating.

Season Pass processing will be done inside the park at Indiana Beach's new Season Pass Processing and Guest Relations Center. The Season Pass processing location is inside the old IB Kids shop on the Boardwalk Funway next to Skee Ball and Boardwalk Gift Shop. Limited parking is available inside the park in front of the Beach House Inn during non-operating days.

To process your Season Pass you will need your confirmation page, Season Pass paper ticket or your Cool Cash Card confirmation. Please bring with you a photo ID and your best smile! We will take your photo and issue you your Season Pass ID card and coupon book.

If you purchased a Season Pass and lost or misplaced your confirmation or receipt you will need the following to help us locate your purchase information:

• An approximate date of purchase
• The credit card used to purchase the passes
• The name of the purchaser (if other than yourself)
• The phone number given when purchased
